Our weekends focus on getting you away from the stress of day to day life and using the great outdoors to provide a positive experience.  During the day, you will  enjoy stunning hikes through beautiful countryside and explore caves, lakes, rivers and magical woods.  In the evening, you will have the opportunity indulge in  yoga classes, mindfulness, a stress relieving massage and enjoy a campfire to music.  Continue your journey through nature as you sleep in a warm and comfortable outdoor setting, eat nutritious food; and gaze at the stars.


Please contact us for available dates.  Alternatively, if you have a group of 10 or more, you can run  a retreat on a date of  your choosing.  They run all year round , with the different seasons offering a new experience.


UK - our retreats are based across the UK in our stunning National Parks and Areas of Natural Beauty.

Overseas - enjoy some of the most amazing scenery Europe has to offer on our retreats to the Pyrenees, the Alps and the Sierra Nevada.
