Walking Home For Christmas

Walking Home For Christmas

Walking Home For Christmas (WHFC) is Walking With The Wounded's annual, nationwide walking challenge to support our work across mental health, employment, volunteering and care coordination - empowering ex-military and their families who are in a downward spiral to thrive once more.

In 2023, Challenge The Wild will provide organisations and individuals the opportunity to take part in an organised event guided by professional instructors. All events are inclusive, include a walk and adventure element, and will provide participants with a range of positive benefits. Joining each event will be our Director of Operations, Dan Searson, who is a Military Ambassador for Walking With The Wounded; a veteran who can share with them what is truly means to be supported by the charity and the difference all funds raised make.
